15- Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it so that we receive the merchandise back within 15 days of the invoice date for a full product refund. (Sorry, we cannot refund freight, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise or items with personalized inscriptions.) We can only accept returns or exchanges that are received back within 15 days of the invoice date. Please allow for sufficient transit time when shipping back any merchandise.
To return any item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-212-938-1564 for getting the return authorization number to verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 15 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks. Refunds for orders paid by credit card can only be refunded to original credit card account. Refunds for orders paid by check, money-order or wire transfer will be refunded by check. Orders that are refused or are returned by the courier due to their inability to deliver the package (invalid address, receiver unavailable, etc.) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
90 Days Limited Time Warranty
Should your jewelry merchandise become defective within 90 days following your purchase date, we will gladly accept the item back to our warehouse and have a jeweler professionally inspect it and determine the proper course of action. GOLDEXIT stands behind their merchandise and will try to repair it first - and should that not be possible, we will replace the item with a brand new one. In the event that we are unsuccessful in repairing or replacing the item due to a lack of stock or a discontinued item, we will issue a full refund against the item in the same form of payment that was initially used to purchase the item. Repairs and replacements within the 90 day warranty period are free of charge to our customers. For The watches please follow the warranty instruction given by the manufacturer.
Fast, Reliable Shipping
Most orders are sent Standard Ground Shipping via FedEx or U.S. Postal Service. For faster delivery of most items, you can upgrade your shipping, for an additional fee, to 2nd-Day Air or Overnight Air. To upgrade your shipping, you can select the shipping method of your choice. Custom engagement rings, personalized items, and some watches are shipped within one to three business days.
Gold exit ships to all 50 states in USA. Certain ship methods may not be available for some products or locations. Hazardous items such as perfumes, hair sprays, cleaning products, etc. can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 states.
Gold Exit customers outside the aforementioned area should call Customer Service for information regarding their S & H charges.
Canadian customers will receive their orders through the Canadian Post.
We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Goldexit.com orders over $1250, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx.
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover), wire transfers, checks and money orders. Please allow up to 10 business days for checks or money orders to clear your bank.
We only charge your credit card when your order ships. However, if your order is a “special order“ or is for a “custom made” item or if the item ordered requires more than 24 hours to ship, your credit card may be charged prior to shipping.
We also accept COD payment. In the COD payment we will ship you the merchandise and the courier person will collect the payment informed to you by gold exit.
